Pinnacle Design/Build Completes Retaining Walls at Nashville West Retail Center in Nashville, TN

CUMMING, GEORGIA (May 28, 2008) – Pinnacle Design/Build Group, Inc. recently completed the retaining walls on the site development package at the Nashville West Retail Center for the Parkes Companies of Franklin, TN. Pinnacle Design/Build Group, Inc. worked with the project’s co-developers, Parkes Companies, and the project’s civil engineer, Littlejohn Engineering Associates, to value engineers the site’s retaining walls. The project team selected vegetated MSE retaining walls along the projects stream line property boundary. The vegetated retaining wall option provided the necessary structural support while meeting the environmental concerns of the local regulators.
