Pinnacle Design/Build Awarded Contract for Retaining Walls in The Circle of Cool Springs in Franklin, TN.

CUMMING, GEORGIA – The Parkes Companies of Franklin, TN has awarded Pinnacle Design/Build Group, Inc. the construction of MSE retaining walls on the site development package for The Circle of Cool Springs apartment community in Franklin, TN.

Crescent Realty’s The Circle of Cool Springs community is a contemporary multi-family housing concept where neighbors connect and become stewards of the larger community and are very focused on the environment and green living. In keeping with Circle’s green philosophy, the design upholds the standards of a National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) Green Certified Site Design and Development. Additionally, Crescent will seek designation as a Signature Sanctuary from Audubon International which ensures that managers apply sustainable resource management practices in the long-term stewardship of the property.
