He is currently an Engineer in Training (E.I.T.) in the State of Pennsylvania. Mr. Knier brings over six years of experience in civil engineering design and construction oversight of mechanically stabilized earthen berms and slopes, geosynthetics liner systems, storm water management structures, landfill gas extraction, leachate conveyance system construction, and mechanical processing and testing of earthen/quarry materials.  kknier@pdbgi.com

 While in attendance at one of the nation’s premier engineering schools, Stevens Institute of Technology, Matt gained cross-functional experience in organizational development and diverse industries between multiple internships and a rigorous course load. Not only performing well in the classroom, Matt also competed in swimming throughout college, helping Stevens to maintain its dominance in the conference. Upon graduation, Matt brought innovative thinking to the field of heavy construction and ash management by working alongside superintendents and project managers to optimize production and bringing to life more efficient ways of tracking and reporting progress. During his time there, Matt did not stop seeking new knowledge, and acquired multiple certifications including MOLO, and CMCSI and PQM. Now looking forward to the next chapter in his career, Matt excitedly brings a drive for success and a thirst for knowledge to the team, eager to help tackle future projects.  mmilstead@pdbgi.com

 Joey Burnham serves as the Lead Drill Operator for Pinnacle Design/Build Group Inc.  He has over 13 years of experience operating dolly drills, track drills, and excavator mounted drills.  Joey Specializes in a wide range of drilling methods for vertical and lateral micropiles, such as drilling methods involving open hole drilling, drilling with casings, and hollow bar drilling.
