Joseph E. Harris, P.E. President
Mr. Harris is a graduate of the University of Cincinnati with a B.S. in Civil Engineering.
As Founder and President
of Pinnacle Design/Build Group, Mr. Harris has
over 22 years of experience in specialty
geotechnical construction and geosynthetic
sales and marketing. His experience includes
the design and construction of deep
foundations, tie backs, ground anchors,
sheeting and shoring, soil nailing,
underpinning, landfill liner systems and soil reinforced structures. Mr. Harris leads
and directs Pinnacle Design/Build’s commitment
of providing value to our customers through
innovative and cost effective retaining wall
solutions.
Stephen N. Valero, P.E.
Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Valero is Chief Operating Officer and co-owner of Pinnacle Design/Build Group, Inc.
Stephen holds Bachelors and Masters of Science Degrees in Civil Engineering from West Virginia University. Stephen has over 14 years of experience in the areas of geotechnical engineering, reinforced earth structures and geosynthetics. He is a Registered Professional Engineer in more than 20 US states. He is also an active member of the American Society of Civil Engineers, American Society for Testing and Materials, and the Transportation Research Board.
