THE CROSSINGS AT BRENTWOOD
BRENTWOOD, TN

CHALLENGE
A new housing community required a retaining wall to support a failed retaining wall system. The failed system was constructed along a steep excavation cut, and the new retaining wall needed to be constructed adjacent to the newly constructed housing units.

SOLUTION
Pinnacle Design/Build designed and constructed a soil nail retaining wall with shotcrete facing to support the unstable slope along the excavation cut. A segmental block retaining wall facing was then added to create a consistent aesthetic to the existing site retaining walls.

VALUE
Pinnacle Design/Build provided the necessary expertise to provide an effective solution to develop and protect the site against future slope failures with also allowing the aesthetic needs of the site to be met.
